Something Stinky This Way Comes

“Hmmm…..are you stinky?” my niece queried as our very fragrant 2-year-old walked by, giving him a chance to claim the obvious.

No such luck.

“No. Are YOU stinky?” he retorted, redirecting the attention and swiftly exiting the scene.

Blessings be upon my niece for tracking him down and preventing future pain from sitting in denial for too long.

You know, if my sins stunk and burned like dirty diapers, I would have to live outside and hurt physically as well as spiritually.

In the mean time, I am grateful for merciful people follow the directions of a living prophet while our Savior helps me work through my issues.
